120 Third Avenue SE Mondakheritagecenter.org Leann Pelvitt, Administrative Assistant The MonDak Heritage Center was built in 1983 and opened in 1984. This art center, located near the Montana and North Dakota border, serves a constituency that crosses the state lines. It is the only art facility of its kind for 150 miles. The staff and board of directors, along with the docents, have developed a comprehensive program for school children, as well as adults, on significant regional, national, and international art in its two viewing galleries. The Center also has a museum featuring an extensive street scene in the lower level. |
